Our hotel has 150 beds in comfortably furnished rooms.

The cosy lounges, indoor pool with countercurrent installation,  the indoor and outdoor seawater adventure pool, the whirlpool,  the “Wolke 7“ wellness paradise and the fitness gym are all at your disposal free of charge.

You can enjoy a late riser breakfast from the lavish buffet between 8.00 a.m. and 12 noon.

Our hotel guests can partake in a lunch buffet free of charge between 12.30 p.m. and 2.30 p.m.

If you have booked the bon vivant evening meal (27 € per day), we serve you 6-course set meals from our Wellness-Vital kitchen.

If you would prefer to make a selection from the menu, you can choose from a rich selection of light regional and international dishes, whereby we attach special value to the use of fresh products. You will not only find vegetarian or whole food on our menu, but also a hearty Black Forest snack.

If you would prefer exclusive French-Badisch gourmet cuisine, then you will come into your own in our »Andrea-Stube« gourmet restaurant.

We offer you diversified holiday activities every day. Guided hiking tours and yoga, Tai Chi, archery, carriage rides, excursions to Baden-Baden or the Black Forest scenic route, readings and wine sampling round off what we have on offer.

A sand tennis court in a fantastic location can be booked at reception between May and September. A tennis hall is located in Baiersbronn (8 km).

You can use our own bicycles free of charge or you can use our trekking bikes and electric bikes for a fee.

Live music is provided in our hotel bar for your entertainment and to get you dancing numerous times per week.

You can also use our Internet terminal free of charge. WLAN access is available in the conference room, the hotel lobby and in the bar.

You can watch sport on SKY in your room.

Dogs can be accommodated by prior arrangement but only in the main building (room types 11 and 12) and in House Buhlbachsaue (room types 7 / 8 / 9 / 10) and in their own dog’s basket. We charge 18 € per day (without food) for the increased cleaning effort. Dogs are not allowed in the restaurants and on the garden terrace.

A parking space in the underground garage costs 10 € per day. The parking spaces at the hotel are free of charge.

Visitor’s tax per person and day: 2.20 € all year. The visitor’s card provides you with free travel on all public transport buses and suburban trains throughout the entire Black Forest area. 

Our own laundry would be pleased to launder your private laundry (incurs a fee).

Please vacate your room by 11.00 a.m. on the day of departure so that we are able to offer it to new guests at 2.00 p.m. at the latest.

Reservations can only be made for a certain type of room, but not for a particular room number.

Differences in the prices of each of the room types only result from the size, furnishings and position of the room. All of the other services are the same.

When booking a double room for single use, the room price (in a double room, the suite or the junior suite for 2 guests) will be calculated with a deduction of 40 €.

Children’s beds are provided free of charge and we can also organise a babysitter for you against payment.

Additional bed in a single or double room (when 2 guests pay the full amount):

•          Children aged up to 6 are free of charge

•          Children aged 6 to 15 years 40 € per day.

•          The additional bed with breakfast and lunch buffet costs

            60 € per day for youths aged 16 and over and adults.

In the scope of the family package, children aged under 12 sleep on an additional bed free of charge when sharing the room with their parents (in a single or double room when 2 guests pay the full amount). The cost for youths aged 13-15 is 40 € per day (in a single room or double room when 2 guests pay the full amount).

Please note: after we have confirmed the room booking, we keep a room of your booked category available for you. Changes or cancellations cause losses which we are unable to bear alone. We therefore permit ourselves to subject any cancellations to a deduction of 20% for the loss we have incurred, so that you will be invoiced with 80% of the invoice total. In order to avoid being presented with a loss invoice, we recommend that you take out the Engel holiday insurance. Please ask our reception for more information!

Short-stay bookings (1-2 nights) can only be made 4 weeks before arrival.

All of the stated prices include the statutory VAT rate.

We accept ec-cards, MasterCards and Visa cards.

The pricelist is valid with effect from 8 January 2012. This is no longer valid should a new pricelist be issued.
