We are happy to arrange a complimentary transfer to and from Baiersbronn station on the day of your arrival and departure.

A cosy bathrobe is provided for each guest in your room, free of charge. If you would like a different size, please let reception know on 608.

Hotel bicycles are available to you free of charge; e-bikes can be hired for a fee. An information brochure with the loveliest cycling routes is available at reception.

Looking for a lovely keepsake or gift? Then do take a look in our thoughtfully arranged boutique (opposite Wolke 7). It is open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 10 am to 6 pm. Closed on Wednesdays and Sundays.

Enjoy our generous breakfast between 8 am and 11 am. Early risers are welcome to have a first coffee in our spa bistro from 7 am.

A small selection is available at our reception.

On the day of arrival your room is available from 3 pm. On the day of your departure we kindly ask you to vacate your room by 11 am.

Where people work, mistakes happen. Should anything not be to your liking, the hotel management and our department heads always have a sympathetic ear for you.

Copies and document scans can be made at reception for a small charge.

We accept EC cards, Mastercard and Visa.

Your four-legged companion is welcome in selected rooms by prior arrangement. For the additional cleaning involved we charge EUR 30.00 per dog per day (excluding food). We ask for your understanding that dogs are not permitted in the restaurants, on the garden terrace or in the spa area.

For dogs not registered in advance we charge a one-off additional fee of EUR 150.00.

The emergency exit to be used in an emergency is shown on the evacuation plan by your room door.

The Engel Basics rate includes our generous breakfast buffet and the midday lunch (except on the day of departure). Stay flexible and dine à la carte in one of our restaurant parlours (6.30 pm to 9 pm), or choose the set menu (6.30 pm to 8.30 pm) at EUR 65.00 per person per evening.

The Engel Genießer rate includes our generous breakfast buffet, the midday lunch (except on the day of departure) and the Genießer dinner, a five-course menu with choices.

We kindly ask you to take your seat at your table between 6.30 pm and 8.30 pm. Should you have other plans for an evening, you will receive a credit of EUR 25.00 per person instead of the included Genießer dinner.

All our electrical appliances and lamps are checked continuously for faultless operation. For safety reasons we therefore ask you earnestly not to use electrical devices of your own (electric blankets, bottle warmers, immersion heaters and the like). We are glad to provide warm cherry-stone cushions and hot-water bottles, and we will happily warm your baby’s bottle or baby food for you.

From Monday to Saturday we offer a varied fitness and activity programme. Please see the current activity programme or our “Urlaubsblättle” on your breakfast table for details.

Our fitness pavilion is open to you daily from 6 am to 10 pm.

If you would like to surprise someone with flowers, our colleagues at reception will gladly see to your wishes.

Our hotel bar is open to you daily from 6 pm to 1 am. During our happy hour between 6 pm and 7 pm we offer a selection of cocktails at a special price.

Free Wi-Fi is available to you in your room, in the conference room, in the hotel lobby, in our reading corner, in the fitness pavilion, in the restaurant and in the bar.

We have put together the loveliest jogging routes around Obertal in a brochure, available at our reception.

On arrival you will receive your guest card (Konus Card). With it you can use local buses and the regional trains throughout the Black Forest free of charge.

Our in-house laundry will gladly take care of your personal laundry (for a fee). You will find a laundry bag with a laundry list in your wardrobe.

We are also happy to offer an ironing service (for a fee). Please contact reception (telephone 608).

We change your bed linen automatically every two days.

Enjoy a complimentary light midday lunch daily from 12.30 pm to 2.30 pm, except on the day of departure. If you would like to enjoy it on your day of departure as well, we charge EUR 23.00 per person. For external guests and visitors the midday lunch can be added at EUR 28.00 per person.

In your room you will find a minibar with a selection of cold drinks (for a fee), which we restock daily. If you have particular wishes, we will gladly stock your minibar with further drinks.

From Monday to Sunday the newspaper “Welt” is available free of charge at reception. Further newspapers and magazines can be purchased at reception.

All guest rooms in the house are non-smoking rooms. Should this not be observed, we are unfortunately obliged to charge for the additional cleaning required. We therefore kindly ask you to respect that smoking is not permitted in the guest rooms.

Our parking spaces at the hotel are free of charge. A space in the underground car park can be reserved for you at a daily fee of EUR 12.00. Please ask at reception about availability.

You are welcome to hand in your letters or cards at reception for stamping or posting. A selection of postcards (for a fee) is available at reception and in the boutique.

Our hotel reception is staffed daily from 6 am to 11 pm. Outside these hours our night porter is at your service.

Out of respect and consideration for all our guests, we ask you to wear appropriate attire at mealtimes.

The main entrance is locked after 11 pm. You are welcome to ring the bell and our night porter will let you in. Alternatively, your room key also serves as a front-door key.

Your room service menu offers a selection of dishes and drinks.

We are happy to serve drinks and children’s meals for a service charge of EUR 5.00 per course. For meals we charge a service fee of EUR 15.00 per course served in your room.

Orders can be placed between 11.30 am and 10 pm. To order, please dial 136 or 605.

Within our breakfast hours we are happy to serve breakfast in your room for a service charge of EUR 20.00. Please let reception know your choice of dishes the evening before. You will find the relevant form in your room folder or at reception.

In the wardrobe you will find an electronic safe which you can open and lock using a personal numerical code. The operating instructions are on the safe.

The textile-free quiet zone of Wolke 7 is open to guests aged 16 and over daily from 10 am to 7 pm (Mondays from 11 am). Sauna infusions are offered every day. Further information is available at the wellness reception.

Sauna towels are provided in the wellness basket in your room for use in our Wolke 7. Should you need further towels, you are welcome to collect them from the spa reception at Wolke 7.

Would you like to keep a little of the Black Forest with you at home? Then take a look at our selection of culinary keepsakes from the house, which you can order at reception until 12 noon on the day before your departure.

Or have a look in our thoughtfully arranged boutique (opposite Wolke 7). It is open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 10 am to 6 pm. Closed on Wednesdays and Sundays.

Every day from 10 am to 11 am and from 2 pm to 3 pm, our younger guests up to the age of 16 are welcome to swim, play and laugh to their hearts’ content in the freshwater pool. Outside these times we ask for a calm and relaxed atmosphere in the pool area. Parents are responsible for their children.

From Monday to Saturday we offer a varied sports programme. Please see the current fitness and activity programme or our “Urlaubsblättle” on your breakfast table for the course schedule.

The generous bathing area of Wolke 7 with its freshwater pool and outdoor sea-water pool, as well as our natural bathing lake, is open daily from 7 am to 8 pm — the indoor pools additionally until 10 pm.

The telephone charge for external calls is EUR 0.25 per unit.

Alongside the regular TV channels, you can also watch a number of SKY channels free of charge. A channel list is provided in your room.

The visitor’s tax is EUR 3.30 per person per day, all year round.

Whatever you would like to give as a gift — a stay at the hotel, a lovely dinner in one of our restaurants or a beauty treatment — our colleagues at reception will gladly issue a gift voucher for you.

Beauty, cosmetics, massages and wellness await you in our Wolke 7. For further information and appointments, the Wolke 7 team is at your service on 777 from 10 am to 7 pm.

On the day of departure, Wolke 7 can be used beyond check-out at a special rate of EUR 25.00 per person — this charge does not apply for stays of two nights or more.

External visitors are welcome by arrangement and prior registration with the spa management. The day rate is EUR 95.00 per person.
